Mr. Rongge Luo is a well-known blockchain expert, currently consultant of Shenzhen Huaao Data Technology Co., LTD. He was the general manager of a technology company under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Group. He worked as CTO at Head Blockchain technology and at the world's largest commodity futures and options exchange for 15 years. He was the director of the "Ontology & Taxonomy Project" for the ISO TC307 international blockchain standard. He has a lot of blockchain patents. He has taught blockchain application to CEIBS MBA and Tsinghua University for many times. He has built blockchain-based platforms such as automobile supply chain, which has carried more than 1 billion yuan of financial services.
