  • Use a second monitor or separate device so you can view both the webinar and your account
  • Before the session, have a think about what a VIP might look like to your business.
    • How much money would they spend, and in what timeframe? 

    • How many orders would they place? 

    • Are there other criteria that would make someone a VIP?
