Dr. Matthew Brennan, D.O.

Dr. Matthew Brennan is a fellowship trained and board certified Urologist. He is committed to patient-centered care delivered in an evidenced-based manner. He strives to provide excellent patient communication and care that focuses on global quality of life.
Dr. Brennan attended the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine at NYIT in New York where he graduated with Honors. From there, he completed his 5-year residency training in General Surgery and Urology at Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. He served as Chief Resident in his final year. It was here that Dr. Brennan was inspired to pursue subspecialty training in Prosthetic Urology. He also benefitted from training at world-renowned centers, including Fox Chase Cancer and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, during this time.
Following residency, Dr. Brennan completed a rigorous clinical fellowship in Prosthetic Urology and Men’s Health through Nova Southeastern University and the Sexual Medicine Society of North America. He has gained expertise in all aspects of medical and surgical treatments of erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease, and urinary incontinence. He has a particular interest in complex revision cases and helping patients plagued by the side effects of cancer treatment. In addition, his Men’s Health training allows him to treat patients suffering from low testosterone, sexual dysfunction, and voiding difficulty due to BPH.
Additionally, Dr. Brennan practices General Urology. He also offers treatment for:
Stress urinary incontinence (artificial urinary sphincter, midurethral sling)
BPH and prostate disease(TURP, Greenlight Laser Vaporization, Urolift, prostatectomy)
Kidney stone disease
Overactive Bladder (medical, Botox injections, and Interstim neuromodulator)
Cancer screening, hematuria, genitourinary infection, etc.
Dr. Brennan is an active member of the American Urological Association, Society for Urologic Prosthetic Surgeons, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, American Osteopathic Association, and American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. His clinical research in the field of Prosthetic Urology includes multiple peer-reviewed publications and he has presented his work at numerous national and international conferences.
