"There are events occurring in the world today that,
despite the fact that they have been happening for
hundreds of years, are coming to more people’s
attention. These events have created the opportunity
for open dialog and have provided us the space to
examine our own personal biases and injustices in our
communities. Our session will continue this open
dialog and will provide answers to questions that
may be uncomfortable to ask in person. In addition,
the session will provide you with an opportunity to
contribute to the direction of the DEI work incorporated
into RCAC’s Strategic Plan."
