She has a background in Tourism & Hospitality Management and a Master's Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Business. With more than 14 years in the tourism industry, her roles included working promoting Domestic Tourism from PROMPERU, as well as the relationship with regional authorities and the tourism industry. Other past experiences included working in customer service areas in hospitality.

Marco Antonio Condori is the founder and CEO of View Peru & Signatures, a bespoke travel operator specializing in wellness-focused journeys across Peru and South America. With an inclusive vision and a strong commitment to regenerative tourism, he leads a team dedicated to designing transformative experiences for travelers seeking balance, deep connection with nature, living culture, and comfort. His approach blends conscious hospitality, ancestral healing practices, innovation, and in-depth knowledge of the region.

Gina brings over 8 years of experience in the travel industry, with a commercial focus on luxury travel and high-end services that offer exclusive experiences with top-quality standards. She currently serves as a Key Account Manager for PeruRail/Belmond trains in Peru.
