Christie is a design consultant and behavioural intelligence lead at Capco, a global financial services consultancy. She has experience working with a wide range of clients, from financial corporations to start-ups. Her background in psychology and human-computer interaction empowers her to capture behaviour patterns from quantitative and qualitative research. Workplace user experience excites Christie and she thrives on crafting holistic, surface-to-core experiences for both internal and external users. In addition to her work, Christie is a design mentor at Springboard, an award-winning Skillshare teacher, and an urban gardener.
