Aimée is experienced in leading everything from short tactical projects focussing on a single channel, to larger, strategic service design pieces, utilising techniques including: heuristic analysis, depth interviews, usability testing, accessibility testing with users who have diverse cognitive and physical needs, IA creation, wireframing and prototyping.

She is passionate about immersing herself in and understanding each client’s world, and working collaboratively to create solutions that meet the needs of businesses and their users. She has experience of working with a huge variety of clients from start-ups to global corporates, including: BBC, Kew Gardens, RNIB, BT, John Lewis, Accor Hotels, Virgin Media, B&Q, Sky, Buckinghamshire County Council, UK Parliament and Imperial College Business School.

She has accreditation as a Certified Professional for Usability & User Experience (CPUX), has also written and teaches the ‘Fundamentals of Service Design’ course at Bunnyfoot and delivers bespoke training to clients. She regularly speaks at UX and Service Design events; past talks include UX Oxford, City University, and the Service Design Fringe Festival.

Alison’s UX career has spanned 30 years, nearly half of those with Bunnyfoot where she was the Managing Director. She has extensive experience across the whole spectrum of research and modelling methodologies, including heuristic analysis, interviews and usability testing, personas and journey maps.

With a background in psychology and a master’s degree in UX, Alison had a number of varied roles before joining Bunnyfoot, both agency and client-side. These included leading Usability and UX departments at NatWest and online bank Egg, and establishing a user-centred design capability at Razorfish.
