CIO of Public Investing and Portfolio Manager of Core Fixed Income Fund, Goldman Sachs Asset Management
Ahish is chief investment officer of Public Investing within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. In this role, he leads the business' efforts to drive best-in-class investment capabilities for clients. Previously, Ashish served as global co-head and CIO of Fixed Income and Liquidity Solutions within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Ashish serves on the Firmwide Conduct Committee. He joined Goldman Sachs as a partner in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, Ashish served as chief investment officer of Global Credit and head of Fixed Income for Alliance Bernstein. Before that, he held managing director roles across fixed income and equity markets at Barclays Capital, Lehman Brothers and Bankers Trust. Ashish is on the Board of Directors for Minds Matter, a nonprofit that empowers young people from low-income families to achieve college readiness and success. Ashish earned a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
