Ms. Reiter has over 30 years of healthcare-industry leadership experience with the last 10 years in an executive level role. An experienced leader in setting strategic direction for surgical departments to grow market share and enhance operational efficiencies and throughput. She works collaboratively with physicians on strategies to improve operational workflow and throughput. She is recognized for developing and implementing strategies that support meeting business financial objectives, physician satisfaction and patient outcomes.

Ms. Reiter has led teams through the design and flow to open new and renovated state of the art operating rooms and sterile processing departments. She has the ability to inspire highly motivated teams, focusing on patient and physician satisfaction while ensuring exceptional workflow and efficiencies.

Kaycee Shiskowsky RN, MBA, NE-BC, EDAC
Manager of Clinical Planning and Design, UCHealth
Ms. Shiskowsky is the Manager of Clinical Planning and Design at UCHealth in Colorado. She has over 23 years of varied hospital nursing experience including acute care, unit leadership and most recently in the design and construction field. Within this role, she utilizes her clinical awareness and operational knowledge to direct design decisions that support the flow and functionality of new and renovated health care spaces. Ms. Shiskowsky has and is supporting multiple new hospital towers, medical office buildings, and renovated clinical spaces, which include many OR suites, peri-op spaces, and sterile processing departments. As a part of a growing organization, she also is on the path to create design templates or standards to be duplicated across the healthcare system to make the process of design less cumbersome to clinical leaders.

Ms. Shiskowsky in addition to her BSN, she has a MBA and a nurse executive board certification from ANCC. She also is on the Board of Directors at Women in Healthcare Denver and has her Evidence Based Design Certification in an effort to continue to add to the research body of knowledge in the field of Health Care Design.

Bob Medziuch
Vice President, Hasenstab Architects, Inc.
Bob Medziuch serves as Vice President at Hasenstab Architects, Inc. With more than 38 years of healthcare design experience he leads Hasenstab’s healthcare studio and oversees the firm’s healthcare efforts at three office locations in Akron, Cleveland, and Pittsburgh. Additionally, Bob is responsible for technical quality assurance company wide. He is a board-certified member of the American College of Healthcare Architects (ACHA), as well as a registered Certified Construction Specifier (CCS), and a member of the American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). Bob received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from Kent State University. He has served as Principal in Charge for a variety of healthcare projects for clients including Summa Health, Akron Children’s Hospital, Metro Health System, The Cleveland Clinic, Aultman Hospital, and Wooster Community Hospital.
