Ashton Snook - Head Of Design, Digital & Physical Products - Hive
Ashton Snook is the Head of Design for Digital & Physical Products at Hive, the UK’s leading smart home company and advisor to tech start-up Jed.AI.
His experience spans a range of organisations from working within start-ups, agency and in-house teams previously holding senior design roles at ASOS, Tesco and Farfetch.
Since early 2018 Ashton has led Product Design at Hive, overseeing the transformation of the department to a successful multi-disciplinary team. His work has redefined the role of design at Hive, delivering significant experience, strategic and operational improvements.
The success of the work can be seen in 4.5+ avg star rating now held on iOS & Android (from over 50,000 reviews) and the recognition received at CES, the Drum Design Awards, UX Design Awards, Design Week Awards and BIMA Awards.
Anne Stevens - Director of UX Research - Culture Trip
Anne recently joined Culture Trip as Director of UX Research. Culture Trip is a global travel, media and entertainment start up. Its vision is to inspire people to go beyond their cultural boundaries and connect with the world around them.
Anne has worked in UX Design and Research for 20 years and has led teams at companies such as Channel 4, Tesco and Just Eat. In her current role she works closely with a Design and Research team based in Tel Aviv and has also managed teams distributed across the UK, so can share her experience of managing and leading teams remotely.
Anne is also a passionate STEM Ambassador and works with primary and secondary schools to inspire the next generation of tech professionals.

Sunil is a Senior UX Designer at Aviva in London. Aviva is one of the UK’s largest insurance companies and is also one of the oldest at over 300 years old.
He has been at Aviva for 3 years working across design systems, public websites, investments portals, events, and currently working on improving quote and pay journeys for the past year. Previous to Aviva he worked for Movebubble as one half of the design team and at Pancentric Digital working across multiple accounts such as PwC, DP World London Gateway and many more.
Sunil enjoys speaking/hosting for talks and conferences internationally. He also is passionate about mentoring and sharing with other designers.

Luke founded Tech Circus in 2015, having just sold his recruitment company after years of building and establishing various successful businesses. He began by organising a number of pub meet-ups that would soon escalate in scale to become The UX Crunch – which is now the leading UX meetup event in Europe.
