The Outlook For Defense In A Biden Administration

The Biden Administration is reviewing some of its most important military programs – its combat aircraft, nuclear enterprise and aerial refeuling tanker fleet. As the nation prepares to confront threats from China and develop autonomous technologies, will the nation need to retire aging bombers? Buy fewer F-35s?
