Strengthen your core and better your posture with this Pilates Series.

In this series we will work on two formats:

CORE CLASS

One of the main focuses of Pilates is the core. This classes emphasis is just that. Designed to tone up and strengthen the pelvic floor.

CARIDOLATES CLASS

A fun system of exercise combining the health benefits of rebounding with the core strengthening benefits of Pilates. It’s a cardiovascular, fat-burning workout that focuses on alignment, posture, and balance. Rebound exercise strengthens your immune system, is 87% shock free, tones and supports the glandular system, increases lymphatic circulation, burns calories, increases balance, coordination, dexterity and endurance.
