BBC Good Food: Sourdough Series

About This Sourdough Series

This two-part series on 19th and 26th January will give you an in-depth introduction to sourdough.

In the first session, you will learn how to make your starter, turn it into a dough, and then how to bake it. Discover the best methods for kneading and shaping.

The second session will serve as a recap for making a starter, how to make a rye starter and troubleshooting starter issues. Take an in-depth look at shaping techniques and creative scoring.

Both sessions will be an hour in length with additional Q&A time with our expert, Barney Desmazery.

You can book the individual sessions for £12.50 each or book this two-part series together for £20 (saving 20%).
