RAP Action Series Webinar 6: 'Build Relationships with Community' & 'Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in the Classroom'

About This Webinar

This live webinar is the sixth in the series designed to explore the 14 minimally required Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) Actions for schools and early learning services. Focussed specifically on the ‘Build Relationships with Community’ and ‘Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People in the Classroom’ RAP Actions, it will look at ways to build transformational relationships with the local First Nations community and why these relationships are an integral part of your reconciliation journey. It will introduce participants to strategies for respectfully inviting and including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the classroom, prioritising cultural safety, and how this enriches the teaching and learning experiences for all.
