Organizing your classroom environment will help teachers let go of clutter in their lives so they an teach effectively. It is hard for teachers to teach and students to learn in an environment that is cluttered, messy or over stimulating. Participants will reflect on how their classroom environment affects their ability to teach and their students' ability to learn and develop a plan for when they go back to their classrooms. Teachers will also be exposed to effective ways to organize their teacher work space (electronic and physical things) and ideas. There will be time to implement long and short term planning strategies so teachers can develop effective routines that work for them.
