About
When production issues occur, immediate action at the operational level can be the difference between smooth recovery and costly downtime. Yet many operators either don't know about chronic inefficiencies or don't have the tools to act on them quickly enough. That’s why real-time visibility in the control room is essential for maximizing production performance and reducing waste.

In this webinar, we’ll explore how empowering operators with timely and intuitive data can dramatically improve decision-making at a facility. We’ll also discuss how thoughtful control room and dashboard design enables decisions at the speed of thought. You’ll get an inside look at how W. R. Grace, a global specialty chemical manufacturer, reduced downtime and cut production waste by deploying practical, operator-focused dashboards.
