George Dragatsis
ANZ Presales Director - CTO, Hitachi Vantara
With a diverse history and broad experience as a customer, systems integrator and across core vendors, George has established a strong track record in technical excellence and leadership through small, medium and complex enterprises. George likes to use the term “technical thuggery” in describing his passion for building technical expertise and capability and aligned with customer solutions and outcomes.

George’s leadership has developed diverse teams of people, solutions, products and services in addition to driving further value for his customers across a large and hybrid partner ecosystem. George has also developed successful teams through start-ups that worked with leading AI, storage, compute, hyperconverged, virtualisation and networking vendors.

His passion is clearly driven by a customer obsessed-customer first-customer only attitude.

George attended Sydney University and studied Mechanical Engineering and Leadership. He also has a diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a host of vendor certifications.

Erin Mikan
Channel Director - ANZ, Hitachi Vantara
Erin recently joined the Hitachi Vantara team, mid-pandemic, to drive the Channel strategy, Partner engagement and continue the development of the Channel sales and support team. With her strong belief that Integrity and Ethics underpin the long-term success of sales engagements, Erin is a strong proponent of Rules of Engagement, transparency, and clarity in the business.

With a long history in IT&T starting in Canada, Erin has broad experience in Australia across VARs, Multi-National vendors, Telco, and Cloud organisations. Her roles ranged from Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Management, including managing channel relationships, teams, and business units across ANZ and Asia Pacific both in direct and channel models.
Erin’s passions are in building relationships, facilitating engagements, and bringing disparate organisations and people together for the purpose of ensuring the best commercial experience and outcome for the customers.

Educated in Canada, locally Erin has completed courses with AICD, MGSM and a variety of IT vendor certifications.

Simon Miceli
Regional Manager APJC, Cloud Infrastructure and Software Group, Cisco
Simon Miceli is a Data Centre Specialist for Cisco Australia. In this role, Miceli is responsible for driving Cisco data centre technology preference into the South Australian, Victorian and Tasmanian markets across a range of government, enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Together with our strategic alliance and channel partner community, Miceli is focused on delivering value for our customers through business-relevant technologies and solutions that are application-centric and policy-driven.

With fourteen years' experience in IT, Miceli has gained extensive data centre experience across a wide variety of technology. His previous role was business development manager for servers and storage at Hewlett Packard.

Will Mansfield
Senior Manager, Commercial Solution Engineers, VMWare
William Mansfield is a Manager at VMware looking after the Network & Security, Cloud Management, and Hyper-converged Infrastructure Specialist Solution Engineering teams across the northern region in Australia. In this role, Will is responsible for driving business, aligning the go-to-market strategy, and supporting the technical strategy for these business lines.

Will has worked with a number of enterprise organisations and brings 12 years of IT industry experience through various engineering roles, both sales and non-sales focused. Will is a passionate advocate for VMware and the various portfolios he looks after.
