It’s a useful method for bringing your whole team along on the service design journey, where all voices are equal. We’ll share a simple and repeatable framework for analysing the strengths and weaknesses of your service or product.
In this session, you’ll learn:
the four step critique framework
the ground rules of critique, and
tips and tricks for facilitation
Once you understand the four-step framework you’ll see that you can apply the same principles to pretty much anything you want to dissect and improve.
