Anne Laurie Rodrigues is an experienced marketing professional with over 15 years of expertise. She currently serves as the Global Marketing Director at IMCD Beauty & Personal Care, where she leads marketing activities, digital transformation projects, and sustainability taskforce for the Business Group.
In her previous work experience, she has been taking on diverse roles, including R&D product development with L’Oréal and LVMH, as well as strategic marketing positions with cosmetic active ingredient businesses of Cognis then BASF.
Anne Laurie holds a Master in Intelligence Marketing from HEC Paris business school plus a Master of Science in Chemistry from ENSC Mulhouse Engineer School of Chemistry.

Chris Cox
Market Segment Leader Haircare & Toiletries
Chris Cox is an accomplished commercial leader with 16 years of experience in the Personal Care market throughout EMEA and APAC. His last 8 years have been within IMCD’s Beauty and Personal Care team where he is currently the Global Hair Care and Toiletries Commercial Leader, and International Product Manager for some of their largest principal partners. Within his market leader role, he is responsible for all strategic technical and commercial projects within IMCD for the hair care and toiletries market segment.
Prior to IMCD he has experience in various commercial roles, including Business Unit Manager for Personal Care at Oqema, and Strategic Marketing Manager at KCC Silicones, now part of Momentive Performance Materials.
Chris holds a Batchelors in Biochemistry and Pharmacology from Southampton University, plus the SCS Diploma in Cosmetic Science, and CIM Diploma in Professional Marketing from Oxford Brookes.
