Michael’s career encompasses senior global leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America & Morgan Stanley and as an Advisor with PepsiCo, SAP Software Solutions and Colliers International, leading workplace strategy, organizational transformation, enterprise business partnerships, HR and C-Suite engagement, talent planning, attraction and development.
The core of Michael’s experience is anchored by the development of global location strategies, curating thoughtful workplace and employee experiences, aligning talent and workforce recruitment, delivering operational excellence and substantial yet responsible expense and capital reduction plans across global organizations.

As a Senior Advisor for PepsiCo, SAP Software & Colliers International since 2022, Michael is focused on organizational design,
elevating workforce effectiveness, global location strategy and enterprise line-of-business engagement. Delivering a workplace and employee experience that integrates thoughtful and innovative employee programs, human-centric services and financial rigor across all functional disciplines and geographies. Michael also provides informed and candid leadership coaching, learning pathways, performance and talent development for individuals and teams.
In 2025 Michael is in the midst of completing a Master of Science in Human Capital & Organizational Psychology at Columbia University with a curriculum focused on Advanced People Analytics, Decision-Making & Workforce Planning, Digital Human Resources & Workplace, Integrated Talent Management Strategy, Leading Global Organizations, Culture, Strategic Storytelling
& Communications.

Performance Coaching (ICF/ACC) Program Accreditation at Brown University, focused on executive, team and organizational performance, transformative learning, reflective leadership and innovative thinking.
From 2010 – 2022, Michael led the Global Workforce Planning, Business Partnerships & C-Suite Engagement for JPMorgan Chase (JPM) as a Managing Director, focused on the transformation of the enterprise workplace experience and talent strategy involving ~200k Headcount, 500 Locations, 45 Million square feet and $2.7 Billion Annual Operating Plan.
Michael and his team completed a global workforce strategy that eliminated superfluous locations, aligned enterprise talent and corporate functions across all businesses, functions and geographies, to drive productivity and re-position the global workforce in a twenty hub location plan, in parallel with a reimagined workplace design, technology and operations framework.
Michael’s work at JPM’s HQ also conceived the strategy and execution that led to the full-scale re-location of the Firm in NYC, which paved the way for the re-imagined and state-of-the-art office tower now completed on Park Avenue.
Michael’s career began at Morgan Stanley (MS) from 1994 – 2005, amid a period of growth defined by mergers, acquisitions, technology transformation and unprecedented economic circumstances. Amid the MS HQ relocation to Times Square, Michael was focused on curating and delivering a world-class workplace for the emerging MS Global Technology organization and earned consistent exposure to Senior Leadership, subsequently across countries, cultures and global businesses. Amid the MS & Dean Witter merger, Michael was deployed as an Expat for six years in Tokyo and London, leading regional workplace, talent alignment and operations across EMEA & Asia. At Bank of America (BAC) from 2005 – 2010, Michael led the business engagement, workplace and employee experience for the development and delivery of One Bryant Park, BAC’s NYC HQ.
During the BAC and Merrill Lynch Integration, Michael led the Global Workplace and Location Strategy that united each company, concurrently working with C-Suite leadership from all businesses, including the respective CEOs and Heads of HR.
Michael earned a Global Master of Business Administration conferred by the NYU Stern School of Business, London School of Economics & Political Science and École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Paris (HEC School of Management, Paris) and was nominated class-leader by academic leadership and an accomplished International cohort.
Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Fordham University with a Dual Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and Philosophy, as well as the Senior Class Award for Ethics. Michael was honored by Morgan Stanley for “Living the Values” while based in London and was recognized as the CoreNet Global Workplace Executive of the Year in 2019 & twice as the NYC Executive of the Year in 2019 & 2014, during his tenure at JPM.
In 2025, Michael serves on the Board for Wonder Girls, creating spaces, places and meaningful pathways of growth, protection and healing for young girls in primary schools and on the Board for One-To-One Learning, providing programs, language, financial and social skills for immigrant families integrating in our local communities.
Michael has traveled in fifty-two countries, completed forty marathons across seven continents including the Abbott World
Majors, fundraised for a range of charitable causes, is an avid wildlife photographer and based in New York City.
