Blake Gwinn serves as the Head of US Rates Strategy for RBC Capital Markets. Blake publishes US interest rate forecasts, market commentary, analysis, and trade recommendations and meets regularly with a wide variety of market participants. At the Fed, Blake started as a reserve forecaster, eventually becoming heavily involved in the large-scale asset purchase programs (QE) and management of the Fed’s UST portfolio while also providing market intelligence and analysis for senior policymakers within the Federal Reserve System and US Treasury Department.
