This course focuses on providing a comprehensive understanding of menopause, including its definitions, symptoms, and risk factors. It covers various testing and analysis methods, dietary and lifestyle strategies, and complementary approaches. The aim is to equip practitioners with the knowledge and tools to effectively support women in menopause.
Practitioners working with clients in menopause often face contradictory information and a symptom-centric approach, leading to confusion and low confidence. This course aims to provide clear, evidence-based guidance, practical tools, and comprehensive strategies to enhance practitioners' confidence and effectiveness in supporting women in (peri) menopause.
This course will provide a thorough exploration of menopause, covering definitions, symptoms, and risk factors, alongside testing methods and dietary/lifestyle strategies.
