As a recognized thought leader in the industry, Cesar has authored more than 30 technical papers on topics including Digital Transformation, the Digital Oil Field, and the application of artificial intelligence in industrial production processes. His work has earned him accolades such as the WorldOil Award for Best Digital Transformation Technology in 2018, highlighting his dedication to innovation and excellence in the energy sector.
