Getting Started With Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) on AWS

Scott Lowe is an author, blogger, speaker, podcaster (the Full Stack Journey podcast), and a 20+ year veteran of the IT industry. Scott has held a variety of roles over the course of his career, ranging from entry-level desktop support to CTO for a start-up. He's currently a principal technical content engineer at Pulumi, focusing on cloud computing, Kubernetes, and related technologies. Marina has been at Amazon for about 3 years, first as an SDE for Amazon, and later as the Partner Solution Architect for AWS. She holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and has over 17 years of the experience in developing large scale systems for financial services in different roles such as SDE, Data Architect, and Solution Architect. Today, Marina supports the APN Global Startup program as a Partner Solution Architect specializing in the Data & Analytics and DevOps segments. Working with AWS partners, Marina focuses on existing AWS architecture validation and improvements, planning new workloads and integrations with AWS services, providing guidance on how to use new AWS services, and supporting general technical enablement.
