In this CPD webinar which will be chaired by Prof Singh and Dr Vilches Moraga, Dr Rizwan Ahmed will provide guidance for primary and community care professionals on management of older people with COPD particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Dr Yousaf will describe the Staying Safe project which he is working on in collaboration with CESOP. This project involves identifying all patients in a practice list who are 70 years and above, to advise them on four key areas of concern during the difficult period of lockdown and shielding: mobility, nutrition, medications, and wellbeing. This advice and support is designed to prevent any complications which may arise from self-isolation in this vulnerable group.

** All attendees will receive a CPD certificate after the webinar **
