ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
To be effective in reaching any goal, you need a plan. To be effective in your job search you need a plan.
Randomly searching and applying will likely take you weeks to months longer to get a job than with utilizing a robust, well-thought out, actionable plan.
In this webinar, The Environmental Career Coach, Laura Thorne, and guest speaker, John Esson of environmentalcareer.com will walk you through the key steps to putting your action plan together.
Scenario 1- Every day that you're not working you are losing money. Let's say your starting salary is going to be $18/hour. If it takes you 2 months to get hired, you've lost out on approximately $5,760. That's a lot of rent or a downpayment on the new car you need.
Scenario 2- Now, what if you got hired sooner for more money because you were using an actionable effective action plan? If it takes you just 3 weeks to get hired and your starting salary is $22/hour then you have only missed out of 3 weeks pay and have made $4,400 in that same timeframe. Not to mention you're 5 weeks into your job by the time you'd have gotten hired in scenario 1.
Of course, there are many factors at hand and no guarantee of job hiring, or salary, however, the fact remains that having the action plan does increase your chances.
This is exactly how we Take Charge! And never let an opportunity pass you by!
