Juli Clark is the Chief Customer Officer at Exterro, where she leads Customer Success, Technical Support, and Voice of the Customer initiatives for the global organization. Since stepping into the role in April 2026, Juli has infused customer feedback directly into product development, launching initiatives that bring Product, Sales, and Customers into closer alignment, and built a forward-looking engagement strategy anchored by Product Advisory Groups and Quarterly Regional User Groups. She joined Exterro in 2024 as Vice President of Global Customer Success, was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2025, and most recently to Chief Customer Officer.


Prior to Exterro, Juli held pivotal roles at renowned companies such as LexisNexis, where she directed sales and operations in the legal and corporate sectors; Cisco, where she served as a global sales and operations leader; and Veritas, where she served as Renewals Executive. Juli also played a crucial role at Beam Benefits as an InsureTech Executive, launching their customer engagement strategy and establishing a Customer Success team.


Her extensive background includes serving as an SMB C-level executive dedicated to customer experience strategies, engaging with private equity, and acting as a portfolio executive consultant for K1 and Marlin on strategic customer engagement. Juli's passion for the Customer Success function is evident in her commitment to fostering customer advocacy and embedding the voice of the customer at the heart of product and business strategy.

Leveraging a distinctive combination of legal and technical expertise, Brenda has helped organizations implement and adopt technology that reduces cost, improves efficiency, and mitigates data risk across eDiscovery, privacy, and data governance—consistently translating complex data challenges into practical, defensible solutions. Signa L. Gundlach is Information Governance Manager for the combined Southern Nevada Water Authority and Las Vegas Valley Water District, in Las Vegas Nevada, USA. She leads a division that oversees board agenda items, public records requests, records lifecycle management processes, and application administration for governance-related software. Additionally, Signa is responsible for successfully leading a content services platform capital project. She completed her B.S in Biology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
