domains and organizations, including working in PwC Consulting. His specialisms include Project Portfolio design and delivery, EPMO Setup and enhancement, Value Management, Organizational Change Management, PPM Maturity enhancement and improvement. The range of engagements Ramani has handled include Portfolio design and implementation, ERP deployment and transformation programs for large organizations.

Sunil is the Managing Director at Quint Consulting Services, and possesses over 30 years of IT experience, with the last two decades dedicated to expertise in IT Service Management, IT Governance, Sourcing advisory, SIAM, Lean IT, Agile, DevOps, Blockchain, and Digital Transformation. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to renowned organizations such as NIIT, Microland, and HP. As a true leader, he sets an exemplary standard and demonstrates an insatiable appetite for knowledge.

A Post Graduate by education with more than 13 years of rich experience in delivering training on Project, Service Management across the globe covering all the Management approaches like Waterfall, Predictive and Hybrid.
