The need for women financial planners has never been greater. At the same time, many women perceive personal finance as one of "those" careers not particularly suitable, open, or welcoming to women.
Eleanor Blayney, CFP® and Consumer Advocate for the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, will talk about the status of women in financial planning, and the ways in which women are uniquely and specially qualified to make great financial advisors to individuals and families.
She'll also share her own story and the experiences of other women as they discovered that becoming a financial planner was the best career move they ever made.
