Dr. Paul is Managing Director, Asia Pacific for Culture Partners, where he partners with CEOs and senior executive teams to drive clarity, alignment, and accountability across complex organizations. He has spent his career coaching C-suite leaders and senior managers on leadership effectiveness, execution discipline, and building cultures of accountability for results.

A core strength of Dr. Paul's work is one-on-one executive coaching at the top of the house, CEOs and their direct reports, paired with team work that moves senior leadership toward sharper results clarity, deeper alignment, and sustained high performance. His coaching engagements span ten countries across four continents.

His client work crosses energy, banking and finance including central banking, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, hospitality, and real estate, from multinational corporations to central banks and large conglomerates. A sought-after keynote speaker, he works with executive audiences on leading through change and activating culture transformation, delivering sessions that translate across industries and geographies.

Dr. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Management) from Northcentral University and an MBA from California University of Pennsylvania. He speaks English, Spanish, and Italian.
