FREE: Introduction to StatsLC statistics resources

Tuesday, July 17, 2018 · 7:30 p.m. · Auckland
About This Webinar

StatsLC is a range of engaging resources and ideas for teaching statistics in the New Zealand curriculum. Busy teachers can get a quick overview of what is available, and how to make best use of the resources in the classroom with either a teacher subscription or site licence for students.

Dr Nic is well-known for her enthusiastic and positive approach to teaching and learning statistics and maths. She and Dr Shane Dye develop these resources and can share ways they can help in teaching.

As this webinar is about StatsLC products, it will be provided free-of-charge to anyone interested. Participants may wish to have their computers open to NZStats during the workshop. They should email shane@statsLC.com for free trial access.

We are also keen for teachers to ask questions and offer suggestions with regard to teaching and learning statistics, and this will be possible through the chat facility.
