There are numerous technological resources for enhancing education and making learning more fun, interesting and effective which can be used in the ELT classroom. However, there are some drawbacks to the use of technology in the classroom. Neither students nor teachers may have equal access to technological resources and lesson planning may take up more time with technology. This webinar aims at showing that low-tech classroom activities are still very useful and that technology is just one of the tools teachers have to boost students’ performance, not the only one. The presenter will demonstrate low-tech classroom activities and suggest how to create, choose, develop and conduct such activities. All the activities have already been tested by the presenter and can easily be adapted for different educational contexts.
