Terri was a ward sister at St. Marks Hospital before joining the Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in 1991 as a CNS in Stoma Care. Terri worked at the Homerton as a Nurse Consultant and was Clinical Director of the North East London Bowel Cancer Screening Centre. She has co-edited two textbooks and published extensively in medical Colorectal and nursing Gastrointestinal Journals.

Terri joined Coloplast in 2011 and in her role as Head of Education, Ostomy Division, develops professional support and education programmes for specialist nurses. Terri was involved in the development of www.apollonursingresource.com, an online resource to enable specialist nurses to articulate the value of their role and amplify the voice of specialist nurses. Utilising the Apollo Nursing Resource website and social media, Terri is focussed on disseminating information to ensure specialist nurses are able to demonstrate their value and articulate the complexity of their role and services.

Paul worked for many years as a staff nurse on surgical wards became a Stoma Care Nurse Specialist in 2011. During his time as SCN at Stafford Paul development protocols, policies, and integrated digital platforms to aid in both service development and in the care of patients. Audit, process and rigor has always been at the heart of everything he has done. Focusing in on the surgical needs of patients with IBD he developed a pathway for the early communication between medics and surgeons to improve the care provided to patients and empower them in the care long before surgery had previously been discussed. Following his move to New Cross in 2014, Paul again focused stoma care and surgical IBD patients.Digital media and the use digital communication remained high on his agenda.Throughout his career education for both patients and nurses alike has been has passion. When the opportunity to join Coloplast presented itself in 2018 as both an educator and community stoma care nurse the move was made. Since joining Coloplast Paul heled in the continual development of the Coloplast Professional Masterclasses including taking the lead on the reintroduction of the Motivational Interviewing. Paul is currently completing his MSc at Ulster university which he hope to finish in the near future.
