Gretchen Saegh-Fleming is the Chief Commercial Officer for Hydrow, the immersive at-home rower which is disrupting the connected fitness industry.

Gretchen joined Hydrow in November 2020, overseeing all commercial aspects of the business, developing a comprehensive multi-channel business strategy. Her role includes leading Hydrow's sales and marketing efforts to maximize brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

Prior to her current role, Gretchen held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at L’Oréal USA, where she was responsible for developing new marketing models, driving digital innovations and strategic partnerships for the company’s portfolio of more than 30 iconic brands. With a proven track record in advancing business growth, she was also previously responsible for the direct-to-consumer eCommerce business for luxury brands such as Yves Saint Laurent Beauté, Giorgio Armani Beauty & Fragrance, Lancome, Kiehls, and Urban Decay as Senior Vice President of Digital and Marketing for L'Oréal USA's Luxe division.

A lifelong athlete, Gretchen is passionate about diversity and inclusivity, and endeavours to combine Hydrow’s brand DNA with her extensive digital knowledge in order to further accelerate the brand in the fitness and lifestyle space. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Art History from Dartmouth College and a Masters of Business Administration from Boston College. She lives in New Jersey with her wife, two children, and two (often muddy) golden doodles.

Rob Webb is the Senior Vice President of Growth at Tonal where he oversees all aspects of paid media, analytics, eCommerce, and financing. Rob also helped pilot and launch the inside sales, retail, and hospitality programs at Tonal. Prior to Tonal, Rob was the Chief Operating Officer and acting CMO at Liftopia, and also has product leadership experience from his time at AdRoll and WebTrends.
