Beijing's spy agencies increasingly appear in the news, but news stories typically give us a mere snapshot in time: a massive tech theft by a family of Chinese intelligence officers; an American arrested for spying on his own government employer; the OPM data breach; the Chinese agent recently nabbed in Belgium. Observers too often ponder Chinese Communist intelligence in a way akin to the parable of "the blind men and the elephant," grasping just the tail or a leg and pronouncing the animal to be like a snake or a tree.

This webinar, conducted by Matt Brazil, the leader of Madeira security consulting and a 20+ year veteran of the US army and foreign service, will examine China's premier foreign intelligence agency, the Ministry of State Security, and its roots in the Chinese Communist Revolution.
