    Ciera started experiencing symptoms in 2017 and was diagnosed with Crohn's disease in 2018. After researching and trying medications for a few years, she had surgery to create her ileostomy in 2020. She loves helping others by sharing her story and will even share a few favorite recipes that have worked for her.
