Prof. Hemant Kothari

Dean (PG studies)

Prof. (Dr.) Hemant Kothari (Ph.D., NET-JRF, M.Com, M.H.R.M. and FDP-IIM, Ahmedabad) is presently working at Pacific University, Udaipur as Dean, P.G. Studies with vast teaching experience of almost 20 years and specializes in the subjects related to General Management, Human Resource Management & Behavioral Science. He has authored 3 books and completed one Minor Research Project sponsored by UGC. Plus 25 research papers in International and National Journal of repute are to his credit and is also member of Editorial Advisory Board of 3 International and 1 National Journal. Moreover, 16 research scholars have been awarded Ph.D. degree under his supervision and presently 4 scholars are pursuing Ph.D. research work.

Prof. (Dr.) K.K. Dave, a post graduate in management studies (MBA-1996) and PhD in financial management is presently working as Dean Academics in Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, Udaipur. He has a blend of 24 years of Industry and Academic experience. He has worked at Senior Profile in Engineering Manufacturing Private Company till 2005 and then he has been associated with higher education institutes on senior profile. He has been associated with best colleges of India for last 14 years. A result driven policy maker professional with rich experience in the areas of Administration, Finance, Academics, Training and Development, Placement, Accounts, Fund Management, International Finance, Security Market, Auditing, Budgeting, Import / Export Affairs & MIS.He is well versed with all related regulatory bodies and having a credit to set five education institutions and these are running successfully. A keen analyst with exceptional relationship management skills and abilities in liaising with various regulatory authorities & external agencies. Invented one financial model “KSHNN MODEL: SPILL-OVER IMPACT OF VOLATILITY ON NIFTY OPENING” and Patented the same with GOI. Expertise faculty of Finance and related areas, a research oriented professional, has credit of publication of many research papers in reputed national and international journals.

Piyush Javeria

Director (Faculty of Engineering)

Currently he is Director, Faculty of Engineering at Pacific University, Udaipur. He has academic experience of 13 years. He has worked with CfMG, USA and ATEX, Europe’s largest content management company. He has worked as an IT consultant to start-ups. His research areas are Cloud Computing, Algorithmic Trading and Internet of Things. He has spoken at various conferences and conducted workshops, including Digifest-Udaipur and Jaipur.

Vinod Kumar Bhadoriya

After completing the course of hotel management started my career in Taj Groups of Hotels in 1981 and worked in different areas like Front office, Housekeeping and Security worked 2007 for 26 years and got VRS from the post of Duty Manager. From 2009 till date I have been managing pacific Institute of hotel management.
