Prof. H B Raghavendra

Vice-Chancellor, The NorthCap University

Prof. H B Raghavendra, is currently serving as Vice Chancellor of The NorthCap University Gurugram, Haryana. Earlier he has served at Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat for two terms as Director and i/c Director General. His academic record is excellent having distinction throughout and degrees from IITM and IISc. He is having 37 years of experience in Teaching, Research and Governance. Prof. H B Raghavendra started his career in 1983 and served in various capacities such as Lecturer, Asst. Professor, Professor, Head and i/c Principal, Director School of Technology, I/c Director General and Vice Chancellor till date and contributed substantially in establishment of Procedures at PDPU and served as first Director of School of Technology offering various B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D courses in Engineering disciplines. He is an active consultant in civil engineering and served as member of several expert committees set up by Governmental agencies. He is active in reforming higher education and introduced several activity based modules and student portfolio system. Currently, he is working on deliverables to promote all-round development and comprehensive outcomes in teaching pedagogy to complement interest of students enabling growth.

Dr. Hemant C. Trivedi

Senior Professor and Dean at School of Management The NorthCap University

Dr. Trivedi is Senior Professor and Dean at School of Management The NorthCap University, Gurugram. He has to his credit more than thirty publications and over fifteen years of industry experience. He is reasonably well traveled through UK, Europe, Middle East and the Far Eastern region. Prof Trivedi maintains active interest in academic innovation and experimentation. He consults in Technology Innovation, Branding, Strategic Marketing and Retail.

Dr. Nalini Deka, Head

Department of Psychology, The NorthCap University

Prof Nalini Deka retired from Department of Psychology University of Delhi, also having served as Vice- Principal Indraprastha College in 2017. Presently Prof Deka is Head of the Department of Psychology at NorthCap University. She is deeply involved with the teaching Program in Liberal Arts under School of Management. Dr. Deka is also engaged as a consultant in Clinical-Developmental Psychology for Assessment, Counselling and Therapy. Prof Deka’s areas of expertise lie in Psychometrics, Cognition and Assessment of Psychopathology.
