Steven is a proven hands-on global change leader with a solid track record for delivering results in an ambiguous and complex environment. He specializes in developing innovative business strategy design and deployment across diverse disciplines, such as risk management, human capital digitalization, and analytics. Through the past 20+ years of work experience, Steven led diverse and multi-cultural teams and was based across global Financial hubs Singapore, London, New York, and now Hong Kong. Steven has an undergrad degree in Business Administration (with 2nd Upper Honors) from the National University of Singapore, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Charted Global Management Accountant (CIMA), and has an MSc in Business Analytics with NYU Stern. Outside work, Steven enjoys spending time with his 3 baby/toddler daughters and regularly participates in trail runs and Ironman races.
