Anne Caron
Former senior HR executive at Google, Singapore
Anne Caron is an author, professional speaker and consultant. Drawing on her 10 years' experience as a senior HR executive at Google, she set up her consulting practice in 2015 to support founders in building high performing and positive organisations. She developed a methodology for startups to grow the right organisation and team, which she describes in her book From Zero to One Thousand. She has been working with companies like Grain, Zilingo or Go-Jek on topics such as company culture, recruitment strategies, performance management and organisational design. Anne joined Google in 2005 as the company was just under 5,000 employees globally, where she saw first-hand what it takes to be a “great company to work for”. She managed several talent teams and was instrumental in the development of a number of HR initiatives and programmes in Europe and Asia.

Dr. Jaclyn Lee
Chief Human Resources Officer at the Singapore University of Technology and Design
Dr. Jaclyn Lee has over 28 years of HR experience and is viewed by the community as a thought leader in the areas of HR Technology and Analytics. Her experience comprises of managing a full spectrum of HR at the regional level, spearheading new HR policies and processes, managing large scale organisation change and building up a new university from scratch. She is also an active speaker both locally and internationally and has spoken in more than 100 conferences locally and globally.

She is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at the Singapore University of Technology and Design and Senior Fellow in HR Analytics and Technology with the SUTD Academy. In her current role, she manages the full spectrum of Human Resources and Organisation Development and is also the leader for Strategic Workforce Planning.

Her previous role include being the Senior Vice President at Certis Cisco, the largest security company in South East Asia, where she was managing large scale workforce planning. She was also the Regional HR Director of NEC Solutions Asia Pacific, where she handled the implementation of the BSc around the regions.

Jaclyn has a Doctor of Philosophy in Information Systems from University of Twente, Masters Degrees in HRM and Business from both Rutgers University, and Singapore Management University.

An organisational psychologist by profession, John specialises in the development of practical, evidence-based and technologically integrated people strategies that aligns with organisational values. John’s career has taken him from Silicon Valley start-ups to NYSE and ASX-100 companies. Most recently, as Group Head of People Data & Analytics at QBE insurance, John oversaw the life cycle of people data, from data governance, reporting, analytics to ethics. John focused on cultural change and building technological infrastructures that allows for a data-drive culture. John is a frequent presenter at conferences and has published articles in academic journals and trade magazines.

Alan Sumano is an analytics professional with more than 16 years of global experience in different industries and countries, working on disruptive transformation initiatives to help organizations create value through analytics and insights. Alan has dedicated the last 5 years working in the People Analytics domain for Schneider Electric, where he collaborates today in the People Analytics Strategy design, its deployment and the development of global talent requirements, ramping up the People Analytics network in Schneider Electric based in Singapore. He uses design thinking, continuous improvement and streamlined execution as guiding principles for his work.

Avery Banta
Director and HRBP for Change Management, Globe Telecom, PH.
Avery is currently with the Human Resources Group of Globe Telecom, a leading telco player in the Philippines. She is the Lead HR Business Partner and Lead for Change Management. She is also a part-time faculty at the AteneoCenter for Continuing Education teaching Diploma and Certification courses in Project Management. Prior to joining Globe, she spent years growing as an HR and OD consultant and practitioner at DHL Express and Guthrie-Jensen Consultants.

Avery graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Mass Communication. In addition to her degree in Masters in Business Administration, she is certified in various practices such as Project Management Professional (PMP®), Scaled Agile Professional (SAFe®), Six Sigma Green Belt, and Change Management.
