About this Webinar
The holiday season often brings joy, but it can also magnify stress, loneliness, and emotional strain. For women in code enforcement, navigating demanding careers, family obligations, public service and caring for self, this season can feel especially heavy.
Join Ian Hill, award-winning humanitarian and nationally recognized mental health advocate, for a powerful one-hour live stream on preparing for the holidays with purpose and resilience. Drawing from his National Empowering Minds and First Identifier frameworks, Ian will share practical strategies to help you care for yourself, support your coworkers, and be ready to step in when those you serve show early signs of struggle. This is about equipping you with real-world tools to lighten your load and lift up those around you during one of the most challenging times of the year.

His impact has earned him multiple humanitarian and child advocacy awards and a nomination for Canada’s national Social Innovator of the Year recognition. Most recently, Ian pursued a second world record by suiting up for college football as a long snapper, using sport as a platform to raise awareness about the growing suicide crisis and the power of purpose at every age.
