Pratik advises employers on a local, regional, and global level by assessing their employer brand and devising their branding strategies. Pratik has led numerous strategic engagements such as regional and global employer value proposition development and localization for leading players in the FMCG, banking, energy, and telecom industries. Currently he leads Universum’s Employer Branding Advisory practice for APAC. Before Universum, Pratik was working as a consultant supporting Fortune 500 organisations and SMEs with their branding and marketing, organisational behaviour, market entry and expansion strategies. Having lived and worked across India, China and SEA, Pratik gained xperience and understanding of businesses in fast-growing and developed markets. Pratik holds a MBA in marketing & organisational behaviour from CEIBS, Shanghai, and can speak English, Mandarin and Hindi. Pratik has over 10 years of work experience including over 7 years in employer branding
