organizations like Procter & Gamble, McKinsey & Company, Synovate , SingTel etc and
has an MBA, High Distinction (Baker Scholar) from Harvard Business School and two
Bachelor’s degrees, Magna Cum Laude, from the Wharton School and College,
University of Pennsylvania.

works as a data science manager at a leading global technology firm,
specializing in applying natural language processing tools and techniques in

He is a lead instructor for General Assembly where he teaches a 10-week
data science bootcamp in Washington D.C. Alex shares these experiences in
'52 Thing We Wish Someone Had Told Us About Customer Analytics,' a book
with 52 real-life anecdotes that illustrate important learning about product
