Kevin Erikson is Head of People Analytics for Nestlé's Asia & Oceania region, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The team is responsible for the delivery of predictive analytics, strategic workforce planning, reporting and dashboards, and data governance. Prior to this assignment, he built and ran Strategic Workforce Planning globally for Nestlé. Kevin started his career with Deloitte Consulting and then earned a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
