In this session, Damon Deaner - Director, Employee Experience Design at IBM, USA, will share a presentation on Using AI & Data to weave together Careers, Skills, and Learning into a new employee career journey experience.

Studies show the majority of employees feel they're 'on their own' to develop their careers and 'lack visibility' into future roles. In most organizations, multiple HR functions
or teams have responsibility for the areas of career frameworks, recruitment, skills, mobility, and learning. From an employee's point of view, they often need to stitch these concepts together themselves to have a meaningful career journey within an organization. Learn how IBM has used AI and Data to bring these concepts together,
empowering employees and managers to better explore and plan for future opportunities and experience more meaningful career journeys.
