Lisa Kaichen

President, Resource Works

Lisa is the founder and President of ResourceWorks, LLC. She was a CEO of nonprofit organizations for 14 years and has been a funder (and consultant) for an additional 20 years. Lisa also has experience as a board member, professor, volunteer, and mentor. Lisa has consulted with organizations of all sizes and varied missions, from all-volunteer, grassroots start-ups to established multi-program organizations with budgets in the millions of dollars. She has created new organizations and coalitions, and helped mobilize people and communities into action.
