Virtual Site Tour of Collier Materials 300tph Wash Plant

Next up in our Engineering Insights webinar series, we will be presenting a 360 virtual site tour of our customer, Collier Materials Inc. new 300tph sand & aggregate wash plant.

Collier Materials Inc. has expanded its sand and aggregates business in the region following a major investment in our advanced washing technology. Operating out of its Marble Falls pit for nearly five decades under the direction of the Collier family, Collier Materials has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of decomposed granite products to the construction and landscaping industries in Texas.

The company has a long-term partnership with CDE and once again trusted our expertise to deliver the solution they needed for the pit in Marble Falls. Co-Owner, Kevin Collier commented, “When the opportunity arose to expand at Marble Falls, we knew CDE was the right choice to help us make the project a success."

This virtual tour will be presented by CDE's Business Development Manager, Tom Wick, and will show the details of the plant designed for Collier Materials and how it is delivering high-value materials at their Marble Falls pit. Tom will go through each stage of the process, from the feed material and the washing process to the 6 outputs currently being produced, and explain how CDE ensures high-quality in-spec sand and aggregates and guarantees equipment performance.
