About this Webinar
Patients and their caregivers are often on their own when it comes to coordinating needed health care. This can be a stressful task because many people are not familiar with how the health care system works. During this webinar you will learn about Medicare’s free Healthcare Navigation Program, which is helping people with Medicare, as well as their caregivers, coordinate their health care, connecting them with resources, and providing support to better understand the health care system.
