Laudate Deum: Pope Francis and his second Laudato Si - What does it mean for us?

ABOUT THIS WEBINAR
Pope Francis published a new Exhortation on the environment, a “part two” of his encyclical, Laudato Si’, on 4 October, the Feast of St Francis of Assisi.

The pope has said “it is necessary to stand with the victims of environmental and climate injustice, striving to put an end to the senseless war on our common home, which is a terrible world war.”

You are invited to join us for an online event to hear more about what Pope Francis says in his Exhortation and reflect on what it means for CAFOD’s work around the world and for all of us. We’ll hear from our experts, Fr George Sigamoney, CAFOD Trustee, Gareth Rowe, CAFOD-Durham Research Fellow and Joanna Nwosu, Head of CAFOD’s Programme Quality Support team.
