After Five Years of Administering Perkins and AEFLA under the Uniform Grant Guidance, the federal Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has changed some of the regulations pertaining to procurement, equipment, indirect costs, agency non-regulatory guidance, and internal controls. This webinar will cover those changes, as well as new guidance from the U.S. Education Department on Time and Effort documentation. We will include the most recent funding updates for FY 2021 for North Carolina, availability of federal stimulus funds for colleges and AEFLA providers, and a discussion on supplanting.
